What to Wear Before and During Your Massage

A common question I get is, “What should I wear for my massage?” The goal is always your comfort — and a few simple choices can help you relax fully and get the most out of your session.

Before your massage
A robe is perfect to wear before your session — it’s comfortable and easy to slip off when you’re ready to get on the table.
During your massage
Most clients choose to undress completely under the sheet, but it’s entirely up to your comfort level. I’ll step out of the room (or give you privacy) while you get undressed and settle onto the massage table, underneath a clean sheet.
You’ll always be fully covered except for the area I’m working on. For example, if I’m massaging your left leg, the rest of your body will remain draped.
If you prefer to wear underwear
That’s absolutely fine — just keep in mind that areas covered by fabric, like your upper thighs (if wearing boxers or long shorts) or lower back (if wearing high-waisted underwear), won’t be accessible for massage. Choosing lighter or smaller-fitting underwear can help me work more effectively on those areas if needed.
Your comfort always comes first — and I’ll make sure you feel at ease every step of the way.
