Along with my passion for health and wellness, I am an avid mountain biker and fitness enthusiast. As an athlete, I have first-hand knowledge on what muscle pains or soreness you might be experiencing from your physical activities including mountain biking, hiking, running, weightlifting, and the simple daily stresses of life. Massage is important for EVERYONE, and extremely beneficial for athletes. I live in Sedona the majority of the year, with the exception of two extended breaks. I am gone during the summer months (mid-May through mid-September) and part of winter (the month of January). My summer break is typically spent in Colorado, and my winter break is spent chasing the sun and warmer weather. But when the seasons change, I'm always excited to get back to Sedona!
