When I’m not giving massages, I’m outdoors mountain biking, hiking, or staying active in the gym. That keeps me in tune with how the body works and why recovery matters.

I spend most of my year in Sedona, with seasonal travels mid-May through mid-September to Colorado and a winter break in January. When the seasons shift, I’m always eager to return to Sedona and continue doing what I love.
