Your Sedona Massage Cancellation Policy: What You Need to Know

Life happens — plans change, things come up, and Sedona traffic can be unpredictable. My cancellation policy is here to keep things fair, respectful, and smooth for both of us, so I can continue providing high-quality in-home massage therapy for every client.
Why a Cancellation Policy Matters
As a mobile massage therapist, each appointment requires preparation, travel time, and a dedicated block in my schedule. Late cancellations or no-shows leave little chance to rebook that time. A clear policy ensures that time is honored, and allows me to continue offering reliable, professional service.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact me at least 48 hours in advance.
48+ hours before your appointment: Full refund minus a 10% processing fee
Within 48 hours of your appointment: 50% refund
Thank you for your understanding and support.
No-Shows
A “no-show” is when I arrive for your appointment and you are not there or unavailable.
No-shows are charged 100% of the service price.
Late Arrivals
If you’re running late, please text or call as soon as possible.
I will always do my best to provide the full session time.
However, if there’s an appointment after yours or travel time constraints, your session may need to end at the originally scheduled time.
The full session price still applies, even if the massage is shortened.
What If I Am Delayed?
Sedona traffic can be unpredictable, especially during peak season.
If I am ever running late, I’ll notify you promptly by text or phone — and you will always receive your full session time.
